Chocolate Tini
225ml Licor 43 (vanilla, toffee flavoured liqueur from Spain)
25ml Dark rum
75ml Oat Milk (can use whatever milk suits your pallet)
Handful of chocolate broken into small pieces
Ice - (half the shaker same applies for all of the recipes)
Blend
In a separate bowl, melt chocolate, run the rim of your Martini glass in the bowl of chocolate and set to dry.
Serve in a Martini Glass
CORONA-RITA
25ml Patron Silver Tequila
25ml Cointreau Liqueur
Full juice of a lime
Ice
Blend
Stick a Corona beer upside down and slowly pull out
Served in a large Balloon style glass with salt rimmed around the edge
ESPRESSO MARTINI
25ml Licor 43
25ml Cafe Patron
Two heaped teaspoons of instant coffee with 12.5ml water and make into a paste

10 strawberries with stalks cut off
Full bottle of dry rose - I used Whispering Angel a dry rose from Provence.
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 juice of a lemon
